-6 HUEVOS
-50 GR. CEBOLLA
-40 GR. ACEITE (20 GR. + 20 GR.)
-75 GR. JAMÓN SERRANO EN TACOS
-2 DIENTES DE AJO
-SAL Y PIMIENTA
-1/2 CUCHARADITA DE AZÚCAR
-MANTEQUILLA Y PAN RALLADO PARA EL MOLDE

PREPARACIÓN:

1-CEBOLLA 2 SEG. VEL.5. AÑADIR 20 GR. ACEITE Y SOFREÍR 8 MIN. VAROMA, VEL.1, SIN CUBILETE.
2-COLOCAR LAS ESPINACAS EN EL CESTILLO Y EL PESCADO SALPIMENTADO EN EL VAROMA. RESERVAR.
3-TOMATE, SAL, PIMIENTA Y AZÚCAR, COLOCAR EL CESTILLO EN EL VASO Y EL VAROMA ENCIMA, 15 MIN. VAROMA, VEL.2.
4-PONER A ESCURRIR LAS ESPINACAS Y RESERVAR EL PESCADO.
5-AÑADIR AL CASO LA NATA, 4 SEG. VEL4. RESERVAR.
6-SIN LAVAR EL VASO, BATIR LOS HUEVOS SALPIMENTADOS 6 SEG. VEL.4. RESERVAR.
7-ACALRAR Y SECAR EL VASO, 20 GR. ACEITE, AJOS EN LÁMINAS, 5 MIN. VAROMA, VEL. CUCHARA, AÑADIR DESPUÉS EL JAMÓN Y 1 MIN. VAROMA, VEL.CUCHARA. AGREGAR LAS ESPINACAS ESCURRIDAS, 10 SEG. VEL.3.
8-ENGRASAR UN MOLDE, ESPOLVOREAR PAN RALLADO, ECHAR UNA CAPA DE HUEVO BATIDO, OTRA DE PESCADO, ESPINACAS Y TOMATE, ASÍ ALTERNANDO, TERMINAR CON UNA CAPA DE HUEVO BATIDO.
9-COCER AL BAÑO MARÍA ,HORNO PRECALENTADO A 180º, UNOS 45 MINUTOS, DEPENDE DEL MOLDE UTILIZADO. DESMOLDAR Y SERVIR CON TOMATE O MAYONESA.
